Managed IT for small businesses and nonprofits.
Help desk, security, backups, email, devices, and networks, handled for one flat price per person. We are AI-native from the inside out, which is how full-service managed IT comes in at $125 per person, per month. Based on the Treasure Coast, on site when it takes hands.
Everything a small office leans on.
- Help deskCall, email, or text, any hour. Routine problems start getting worked the moment they land, and when it takes hands on the hardware, we come to you.
- DevicesLaptops, desktops, phones, and printers set up, kept current, and tracked, with new people ready on day one and departing people closed out the same day.
- SecurityUpdates and patches installed and checked, protection on every machine, sign-ins locked down with two-step login, junk and phishing filtered out of email, and short, plain training for your staff.
- Backups and recoveryYour files, email, and accounts backed up on schedule, verified, and actually test-restored, so the day something is lost is a short day, not a crisis.
- Email and accountsMicrosoft 365 or Google Workspace run properly: licenses, shared mailboxes and drives, permissions, and the account nobody remembered to close.
- Network and Wi-FiWi-Fi that reaches every corner, the firewall and router kept current, remote access that does not open a hole, and the internet provider handled when the line goes down.
- MonitoringYour systems watched around the clock, so a filling disk, a failing backup, or a machine that stopped updating is caught and handled before it becomes an outage.
- Vendors and planningWe deal with the internet provider, the printer company, and your software vendors, bring in licensed contractors when a job calls for cabling, cameras, alarms, or electrical work, and sit down with you to plan replacements and next year's technology budget.
Built for the size you are.

Businesses
Professional offices, practices, clinics, agencies, retailers, and trades, from a handful of people to a couple dozen, without an IT department of their own.
- A flat number you can budget, not an hourly meter
- Card payments kept compliant, with the paperwork walked through
- Support you can grow into rather than out of
Nonprofits
Organizations that run on small staffs, volunteers, and donor trust, where every dollar is watched.
- Plans sized for nonprofit budgets
- Microsoft and Google nonprofit programs, set up and kept in order
- Donor and client records protected, and accounts closed when volunteers move on
No big bang. A steady handoff.
We walk your setup
We sit down with you, write down what you have and how it connects, and agree on what the plan covers. No rip-and-replace.
We steady it
Updates caught up, backups proven, accounts cleaned up. Moving from another provider? We coordinate the handoff with them, so your team keeps working.
We keep it running
A flat monthly plan, a named person who owns your account, and a check-in each quarter on what is working and what is next.
AI-native from the inside out, so it costs less.
Operamatix was built AI-native from day one. We have adopted the latest, soundest AI tools and practices across our whole operation, and that is what lets us deliver full-service managed IT for less than the shops still running on ticket queues and billable hours.
- A named person owns your account
- Every change logged and reversible
- No long lock-in

What owners and directors ask first.
Are we too small for managed IT?
No. A five-computer office needs the same updates, backups, and accounts as a fifty-computer one, just fewer hours of it, which a flat plan prices in. If break-fix genuinely suits you, we will say so.
What does it cost?
$125 per person, per month, with every device they use included. Servers and projects are quoted up front, before we start, and there is no long lock-in.
What is not included?
Support keeps what you have working; projects change it. A new office network, a move, or new software for the whole team is quoted up front, before we start.
Can you help with cameras, alarms, cabling, and lighting?
Yes, through licensed partners. In Florida, running cable, installing alarm systems, and electrical work each take a state license, so that work is done by a licensed contractor we work with, who pulls any permits it needs. We plan it with you, coordinate it, and set up and manage the systems once they are in.
What happens after hours?
Your systems are monitored around the clock, nights and weekends included, so trouble is caught and handled before it becomes an outage. You are not paying a night shift to sit idle, and you are not unprotected at 2 a.m.
We already have an IT provider. How hard is it to switch?
Not hard. We work with you and your current provider to hand over admin access securely, document everything, and take over without your team stopping work.
Do you work with nonprofit licensing?
Yes. Microsoft and Google both run programs for eligible nonprofits, and we help you sort out what you qualify for, move onto it, and keep it in order.
