Our AI policy
We build with AI every day, and we answer for all of it. This page says exactly where the machines end and the people begin.
Adopted July 2026. Updated as the technology changes.
AI is transforming our industry, and we are glad it is. We use it to build faster, watch closer, and give local businesses capabilities that used to take a whole department. But we knew our craft before AI, and we will still know it after whatever comes next. The tools work for us. It is never the other way around.
What we hold ourselves to
- 01
A person answers for everything
Every AI agent we run works under a named person's responsibility. When you call, a human picks up. When something ships, a human chose to ship it.
- 02
Nothing publishes itself
Our agents draft, test, watch, and propose. Publishing, sending, and spending are human decisions behind explicit approval gates, in our own tools and in the ones we build for clients.
- 03
No fakery
No invented reviews, testimonials, statistics, or credentials, for ourselves or for anyone we work for. If we cannot back a claim, it does not run.
- 04
AI-made is held to human standards
Plenty of our work is AI-assisted; that is the point of us. Anything we present as evidence, a screenshot, a chart, a quote, is real or clearly labeled as a depiction. And every word we publish passes a human read before it runs, whoever drafted it.
- 05
Honest SEO only
We follow the search rules as published and skip every spam pattern. Content written to fool a machine wastes a reader's time, and readers are the point.
AI-native, human-run
We were building websites, software, and IT for the Treasure Coast before this wave, and we will be building through the next one. If you want the good parts of AI without babysitting it yourself, that is the job we have taken on. You can see how we put it to work on our AI page, and hold us to every line above.
