Privacy policy
Last updated July 7, 2026
Operamatix, LLC (“Operamatix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds and runs websites, web apps, and the technology behind them for businesses on Florida’s Treasure Coast. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to send us, including:
- Contact and quote requests: your name, business name, phone number, town, what you need, and anything else you write in the form.
- Bookings: your name, email address, and any note you add when you book a call. We use these to create the calendar event and send your confirmation.
- Demos: if you try the demos on our Our Work page, the email address you enter, and, for the bookkeeping demo, the transaction text you type, so we can generate a result and email it to you.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, in ordinary server logs. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it; it sets its own first-party analytics cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. We also use a functional cookie to remember preview access. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information to:
- Respond to your questions and prepare quotes.
- Schedule and confirm calls.
- Run the website demos and send you the result.
- Keep the site secure and working.
- Follow up with you about your request. If you ask us not to, we stop.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, only as needed for them to provide their service to us. These include our website hosting provider, our analytics provider, our calendar and email providers, and the artificial intelligence provider that powers the website demos. When you use a demo, the email address and any text you enter are sent to that AI provider to generate the result. We also share information when the law requires it.
A note on the demos
The demos are there for fun and to show what we can do. Please do not enter real, sensitive, or confidential information into them. The bookkeeping demo is illustrative, and is not accounting, tax, or financial advice.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send for as long as we need it to answer you, do the work, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Show you the information we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Stop contacting you.
To make a request, email us at info@operamatix.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local laws, and we honor those rights where they apply.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving the site over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top. Please check back now and then.
