Web design and development

Websites that do actual work.

Anyone can put up a site that looks fine. We build sites for Treasure Coast businesses that take the booking, send the invoice, keep the books current, and bring in search traffic while you are on the job. Built here, run here, by people who answer the phone.

The point

Looks are the entry fee. Function is the product.

An AI site builder can hand anyone a decent looking template in an afternoon. That is the entry fee now, not the product. The question that matters is what your website does after it loads.

It takes the work in

Bookings land on your calendar, quote requests reach your phone, payments clear online. Your site is the front desk that never steps away.

It keeps the books

Web orders and payments can post straight into your accounting, and leads can land in the tools you already use. Less retyping, fewer things dropped.

It ships SEO ready

Fast pages, clean structure, schema, and sitemaps that search engines actually read, built in from day one. Ongoing search campaigns are their own project, scoped separately when you want one.

It runs real workflows

For a local lender we built underwriting and finance workflows into the site itself. When your business needs software, your website can be it.

New, and genuinely useful

Edit your site by talking to it.

For one client we skipped the content editor entirely. His site has a connector his AI assistant plugs into, so he updates pages by telling ChatGPT what needs to change. No login, no fields, no training session. If you would rather have a classic editor with drafts and approvals, we build that too.

Ask us about agent ready sites on the call.

Built in

SEO ready on day one.

Every site we ship is built to be found and built to be worked on. Clean structure, schema, sitemaps, and analytics are wired from the start, and the tooling stays open: a CMS your writers can use, connectors your AI agents can plug into, APIs for whatever your marketing people run. Bring any agency, any tool, any agent. The site is ready for them, and we play well with the marketer you already trust.

Reliability

The critical stuff, kept boring.

Backups, uptime, security, updates: the part of the job where excitement means something has gone wrong. Organizations that depend on their site get a discipline here, not an afterthought. It runs on schedule, and it is the reason owners and administrators come to us after their first scare.

Nightly backups

Your site and its data, copied off the server every night. A bad day becomes a restore, not a rebuild.

Uptime someone owns

If it goes down at 2 am, that is our problem before you wake up. Monitoring is on, and a person is accountable.

Traffic that scales

Season rushes and launch day spikes are cached and routed, not survived. Your busiest day should be your best day.

Updates and security

Patches applied, certificates renewed, card payment compliance handled. Quietly, on schedule, without homework for you.

Book a 20 minute call
How it goes

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. 1

    Talk

Twenty minutes with a real person. You describe the business; we tell you honestly what you need and what it costs.

  2. 2

    Build

You see real pages early and often, not a big reveal at the end.

  3. 3

    Launch

Simple sites live within the week. Complex builds within three.

  4. 4

    Run

We keep it updated, backed up, measured, and improving. You run the business.

Fair questions

What does a website actually cost?

Brochure sites start at $500. Sites with sign in, editing, payments, or connections to your other tools start at $1,500. You get a flat quote after one call, and the quote is what you pay.

How fast is fast?

Simple sites go live within the week. Complex builds within three weeks. We commit to dates and hit them.

Can I update it myself?

Yes. Classic editing with drafts and approvals, or the newer way: tell your AI assistant what you want changed and it updates the site for you.

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?

Often, yes. We start with an honest assessment of what you have, then give you a straight recommendation: improve it or replace it, with the cost of each. No pressure toward the bigger job.

Who hosts it?

Your choice. Most clients host with us on a 12-month management plan, which takes $500 off any build. That makes a $500 brochure site free. Prefer your own hosting? We deliver the complete site as a package you can run anywhere, and you own your domain and your content either way.

Twenty minutes. A real person. A straight answer.

Tell us what the business needs. We will tell you what it costs and when it can be live.
